CSI Announces Marketing Agreement With Anesthesia Equipment Manufacturer, Royal Medical Co., Ltd

MILWAUKEE--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 13, 2001

CRITICARE SYSTEMS, INC. (NASDAQ-NMS: CXIM) today announced it will enter the anesthesia equipment market in fiscal Q1 (July-September, 2001) through the integration of its new 5-agent solid state gas analyzer and Poet IQ Gas Monitor into Royal Medical's established line of anesthesia equipment. A new CSI division has been created to manage this program which will allow participation in an estimated $2 billion worldwide market. The Q1 introduction will focus on international applications with domestic availability anticipated to be late 2001.
