TMP Worldwide Hires Technology Expert Martin J. Hewett as a Partner in Its Executive Search Division

Mr. Hewett, a former senior technology executive who was also a Partner with McCray, Hewett & Associates, Inc., a high-tech executive search boutique, specializes in the placement of board directors, presidents, CEOs, COOs and CTOs.

Mr. Hewett joined Los Angeles-based McCray, Hewett & Associates, Inc. in 1998, and has successfully placed many senior technology executives across a broad range of companies in the U.S. Before entering executive search, Mr. Hewett was CEO of Enterprise Solutions Limited, a California-based software company dominant in the messaging and EDI niche market. Prior to that, he was President of Panorama Software Corporation, a firm he divested from Computer Associates at the time they acquired Legent Corporation, where he held the posts of Vice President & General Manager for the Information Integrity Division.
A native of the U.K., Mr. Hewett earned his BSEE from SW Essex Polytechnic (London) and MBA from University of Southampton after which he spent eight years with Honeywell Information Systems in London. Following Honeywell, he joined the London office of Technicon Instruments Corporation. Over the course of 15 years with Technicon, he held several senior executive positions, spending 10 years in Paris most recently as President of Technicon Information Systems and five years in Santa Clara as head of Technicon Data Systems (TDS Corp.).
