LONDON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 4, 2001

TesCom Software Systems, the world's leading independent software testing company, has appointed Marc Earl as the Vice President of European Operations and Head of the Global Finance Sector.

Earl, who brings to TesCom over 19 years of technology and investment banking experience, will oversee the company's expanding operations in the UK, France and Germany. In addition to this operational role, Earl also assumes the greater challenge of managing TesCom' s financial growth worldwide.

Prior to joining TesCom, Earl served in several high-level executive roles, most recently as the Head of Global Markets Technology at BNPParibas, the largest investment bank in France. As the technology leader for the Capital Markets development group, Earl managed over 750 people in Paris, London, New York and Tokyo. Having successfully directed the Capital Markets business through the challenges of Euro and Y2K, Earl spent the last year merging the technology systems and staff across BNP and Paribas.

"Marc's diverse experience in the international financial and technology sectors makes him an ideal candidate to help build the future of TesCom. His knowledge of international investment banking in countries where we do business is invaluable," said Shai Weinberg, President of TesCom USA and TesCom Europe. "Marc will play an elemental role in the growth and success of TesCom."
