MAINVIEW SRM extends BMC Software's ACSM initiative to mainframe systems, allowing customers to manage all the various resources that can affect application availability, performance and recoverability.

The new solution, which is now generally available, leverages BMC Software's unique ability to manage all enterprise storage resources in the context of a business process versus offering solutions that manage single components of the enterprise.
