BrassRing Systems' Talent Relationship Management Solutions Complement Genesys' HRMS and Payroll Solutions; Firms to Be Available
to Discuss Alliance at IHRIM and SHRM conferences
Genesys Software Systems, Inc., the Methuen, Mass.-based provider of software and outsourcing services for human-resource (HR) management, payroll, and benefits, today announced that is has entered into an alliance with BrassRing Systems, which offers Talent Relationship Management (TRM) solutions. The relationship will enable the companies to offer a more complete solution to today's human resources challenges. Both companies will be available to discuss the relationship at the spring IRHIM and SHRM conferences.
"Since Genesys expanded its outsourcing services a year or so back with the addition of ASPayroll, we have actively sought alliances with other providers whose services complement our own ASP offerings," said Larry Munini, president of Genesys. "BrassRing Systems' comprehensive suite of integrated hiring solutions can help our customers build and manage productive relationships with job candidates from both outside and within their organizations."
"Genesys' successful track record of payroll and human resource outsourcing makes the company an attractive partner for us," said Mike Gioja, president of BrassRing Systems. "Our services are complementary, and we believe both companies will benefit as we work together to provide end-to-end HR solutions to our customers and prospects."
Comprehensive HR and Hiring Solutions
Genesys provides comprehensive payroll and human-resource solutions designed to handle the full spectrum of HRMS needs. All Genesys solutions include high-performance Web-native architecture that enables users to conduct their day-to-day business--including complex payroll production, data entry, reporting, and inquiries--via a standard Web browser interface.
The ability to use a standard browser enables users to process information virtually around the clock, dramatically reducing the costs associated with overhead, staffing, and production needs. In addition to its ASP model, Genesys offers a choice of in-house or outsourced deployment.
BrassRing Systems' flagship staffing solution, Enterprise, is a top-tier hosted ASP solution that enables organizations to manage their talent relationships. BrassRing Systems Enterprise centralizes candidate data from multiple sources, creating a more streamlined recruiting process. Companies can establish automated agents to notify them about hot candidates; to filter, assess, and communicate with candidates based on their interests and abilities; and to arrange for the most promising candidates to be pushed instantly to the right desktop for immediate pursuit.
