California Amplifier recently reported results for its fourth quarter and audited results for fiscal year 2001. Sales for the fourth quarter ended March 3, 2001 were $26,477,000 as compared to $27,826,000 for the fourth quarter of the prior year. Net income for the fourth quarter was $400,000, or $0.03 per diluted share, as compared to a net loss of $5,664,000, or $0.46 per share for the fourth quarter of fiscal year 2000.
