Invicta Corporation (BSE:IVI; OTC:IVIA) announced today that it will be launching the national roll-out of its patented Solera(TM) brand photochromic lenses at the International Vision Expo being held at the Jacob Javits Convention Center in New York City on March 23-25, 2001. The Company's new fashion photochromic lenses utilize it's patented Solera(TM) process to allow for the widest selection of fashion colors for eyeglass lenses that are lighter in color indoors and darker outdoors.
As a prelude to the national launch, the Company will hold a management presentation, by invitation only, for shareholders of the Company and the investment community on March 22, 2001 at the Harvard Club in New York City to discuss the most recent developments in the Company's business operations. The reception will feature a presentation by Alan Yuster, the President of the Company, and a display of the Company's new Solera(TM) product line.
