GWI Software (www.gwi.com), the leading provider of collaborative IT help desk and customer support solutions, today announced they will become a Microsoft business partner and develop the first shrink-wrapped IT help desk and customer service solution for the Microsoft Exchange 2000 environment.

With almost a decade of experience in developing and delivering collaborative help desk and customer support solutions, GWI is diversifying the Company's focus to support additional collaborative platforms. GWI will port its c.Support IT help desk and customer support application to the Microsoft Exchange 2000 platform. c.Support features include: incident management, knowledge management, task management, asset management, and end-user self help features. The Microsoft Exchange 2000 version of c.Support will be available in the second quarter of 2001.
