Unisys Expands International Remote Systems Management Service Through Partnership with BMC Software; Partnership Maximizes Service Level Agreements for Organizations

The partnership between the two companies addresses the issue of service level management and the ability to provide customers with a method to monitor their service level agreements (SLAs).
