Telcordia has enhanced its Unified Communications offering with CTI(2) W.W. Office(TM) platform, now offering end-users a communications portal for real-time management of all calls, messages and information through a single resource.

Telcordia Unified Communications solutions go beyond conventional unified messaging by providing enhanced Next Generation Network services, such as instant messaging, presence management and push/pull content delivery, through one easily manageable interface that users can access at any time, from any place, on any device, across any network.
