ARCHOS of Irvine is expanding its portable, peripheral collection with five new devices, including four unique additions to their Jukebox line of products.
Visit ARCHOS at Spring RetailVision 2001 Booth 1106 in "What's in Store," and see these new, unique, portable products for the office, home, on the road and entertainment. The five new products include the first MP3 recorder, the Archos Jukebox MP3-Recorder, Jukebox Studio 20, Jukebox CD-MP3, Jukebox CDRW-MP3, and DEx-CDRW.
At the head of the list is the Jukebox MP3-Recorder, the first palm-sized, real-time MP3 encoder, MP3 player and 6GB hard drive all in one. It allows MP3 recording from any audio source (stereo set, radio, microphone, CD player, etc.) via the line-in jack.
Enjoy 6,000 minutes of MP3 music, 150 audio CDs or 1,500 songs, plus receive the added benefit of storing your data and photos on your extremely portable 6GB hard drive.
ARCHOS Jukebox Studio 20, a 20GB hard drive that serves as an MP3 player, similar to the Jukebox 6000, which won the Best Product Peripheral Award at RetailVision(R) Fall 2000. Can you imagine 20,000 minutes of MP3 music, 500 audio CDs or 5,000 songs and/or data, video, and photos, all in the palm of your hand? Create a studio collection of music to carry with you wherever you go.
ARCHOS Jukebox CD-MP3, an innovative combination of a small, compact, external CD-ROM drive and a portable MP3-CD Player -- all in a unit no larger than a CD player. The Jukebox CD-MP3 plays CDs with MP3 tracks and regular audio CDs. One MP3-CD can contain more than 10 hours of music or more than 150 tracks. It is compatible with both CD-Recordable and CD-Rewritable disks.
ARCHOS Jukebox CDRW-MP3, an MP3 CD real-time encoding device that can record music from standard hi-fi analog or digital output. You can digitize, encode MP3-CD, and write CDs on the fly. It will also work as a high-quality voice recorder and doubles as an 8X MiniCDRW drive using CardBus, FireWire, or USB connections.
ARCHOS DEx-CDRW, an external 5.35-inch CD-RW, which is easily connected to any PC or Mac notebook or desktop computer. You may choose a unit with either USB or Firewire or USB2 (future release) interface. The DEx-CDRW reads, writes and rewrites most CD formats and is ideal for saving music, photos, games, backing up your files, and downloading from the Internet.
ARCHOS was winner of the Best Product Peripheral Award at RetailVision(R) Fall 2000 for the Jukebox 6000, which is a compact, pocket-sized MP3 Player with six Gigabytes (6GB) of mobile storage capacity.
