LAUNCH Teams Up With Ticketmaster to Offer Exclusive Discount Tickets Online; LAUNCH Debuts Online Ticketing for Vans Warped Tour

LAUNCH Media Inc. (Nasdaq:LAUN) today announced that in partnership with Ticketmaster (Nasdaq:TMCS), the world's leading ticketing and access company, an exclusive online ticket promotion that will allow fans the opportunity to purchase discount tickets for this summer's Vans Warped Tour '01, presented by Target Stores.

For the first time, music and sports fans of the festival will be able to buy their tickets online at the special price of $19.99 on a first-come, first-served basis before the on-sale date by accessing a special password at www.warpedtour.com and then navigating to ticketmaster.com to purchase their tickets. The online ticket promotion will begin with Los Angeles today, with additional pre-sale cities to be announced on a day-by-day basis only on Warpedtour.com.

LAUNCH and Ticketmaster will continue to make the online ticket promotion available throughout the summer on Warpedtour.com even after the total allotments of discount tickets are sold.

Through the partnership, ticketmaster.com will be the exclusive online ticketing partner, fulfilling all ticket requests. After the $19.99 discount pre-sale, fans will pay $25 on average, per city, for a Vans Warped Tour ticket, one of the best prices for a multi-act show this summer. Additionally, when fans purchase tickets they will be pre-qualified to enter to win a special Vans Warped Tour trip for two to the Asbury Park date on Aug. 5.

This summer's festival features a diverse line-up of popular artists including 311, AFI, Alien Ant Farm, The Ataris, Fenix TX, H20, Kool Keith, Less Than Jake, Me First and the Gimme Gimmes, New Found Glory, Pennywise, Rancid, Rollins Band, The Vandals and returning band, Weezer.
