Former Sprint PCS Executive Joins UltiVerse Management Team; Wayne Nanna Named Senior Vice President of Sales and Business Development

UltiVerse Technologies, Inc., a leading provider of wireless Internet messaging solutions, today announced the appointment of Wayne Nanna to its executive team. Formerly vice president of national accounts at Sprint PCS (NYSE:PCS), Nanna joins UltiVerse as senior vice president of sales and business development, bringing more than 11 years of wireless, Internet and telecommunications experience. Nanna is charged with forging strategic relationships and focusing sales and business development efforts by building a geographically dispersed, nationwide sales organization. His early focus is to drive penetration of Fortune 1000 companies to enhance the UltiVerse presence in key markets.

Prior to his position as vice president of national accounts for Sprint PCS, Nanna served as area vice president. While at Sprint PCS, Nanna was responsible for all wireless sales to Fortune 1000 companies and grew customer revenues by millions of dollars in less than twelve months. In addition, he coordinated a long-term, national product deployment strategy and introduced leading edge wireless voice/data services. Nanna has also held positions with Prodigy, Inc. (NASDAQ:PRGY), Southwestern Bell Communications (NYSE:SBC), and Polaroid Corporation (NYSE:PRD). Nanna was educated at Mercy College and received executive education at the Wharton School of Business.
