MSNBCSports.com (www.msnbc.com), the Internet home of NBC Sports, today announced an editorial agreement with the Daily Racing Form, the 107-year-old daily newspaper of thoroughbred racing and the premier provider of online horse racing content through its web site, www.DRF.com. The agreement will supply MSNBCSports fans with the most comprehensive horse racing coverage on the Internet while providing the Daily Racing Form exposure on the No. 1 Internet news site.

"The addition of the Daily Racing Form's content to MSNBC.com further enhances the online experience for our users," said Merrill Brown, editor in chief for MSNBC.com. "We've united top-tier content with a first-class web site. We continue to grow MSNBCSports.com with its comprehensive and complete sports coverage, which makes us the No. 1 news site overall," said Brown. "With NBC Sports now airing the Triple Crown series, coupled with our agreement with the Daily Racing Form allows horseracing fans access to the most comprehensive content anywhere online."

"The partnership of MSNBCSports.com and Daily Racing Form is a natural given the commitment NBC Sports has made to thoroughbred racing with coverage of both the Triple Crown series and Breeders' Cup," said Steven Crist, editor and publisher of Daily Racing Form. "We're excited about the opportunity to expose more web users to thoroughbred racing and DRF Online."

MSNBCSports.com is the Internet home of NBC Sports, bringing together the best of TV sports coverage and in-depth interactive reporting. Daily Racing Form, "America's Turf Authority Since 1894," for Thoroughbred racing horseplayers and professionals throughout North America, is the only daily national newspaper in the U.S. dedicated solely to the coverage of a single sport. Purchased in August 1998 by a group of investors led by Alpine Capital Group of New York and Steven Crist, editor and publisher of the Form, Daily Racing Form provides the most comprehensive news and information about horseracing and recently introduced Formulator, the most sophisticated handicapping software ever developed.
