Tiburon, Inc. and CorrLogic, Inc. Announce Major Software Licensing Agreement

Tiburon, Inc., the world's leading provider of Public Safety and Justice Systems and CorrLogic, Inc., which develops and implements high quality Corrections and Institutional Medical Systems, today announced a major, cross-licensing agreement which will enable them to integrate and market each others industry leading software products and to fully integrate their applications for customers. This cross license agreement jointly expands each company's presence and participation in additional business opportunities.

CorrLogic, Inc. based in Boulder, Colo., has developed and implemented large scale Correctional Management Systems for over 10 years and has recently introduced an Institutional Medical software system. CorrLogic is a wholly owned subsidiary of CompuDyne Corporation (Nasdaq:CDCY).
