ABM Industries Family of Services Awarded Gap Inc. Contracts

March 7, 2001-The ABM Engineering, ABM Janitorial and Ampco System Parking subsidiaries of ABM Industries Incorporated (NYSE:ABM), have been awarded multi-year, multi-million dollar service contracts with Gap Inc. (NYSE:GPS). The contracts are for Gap Inc.s new 540,000 square foot world headquarters on the Embarcadero in San Francisco.
