Microsoft SharePoint Portal Server offers companies a flexible portal solution to easily find, share and publish information. Correlate has announced the release of a special version of its flagship product, Correlate K-Map, as a Web Part that integrates with SharePoint Portal Server. The Correlate K-Map Web Part provides a drag & drop application layer on top of the SharePoint Portal Server platform. Users can drag & drop information from other Web Parts (and external sources) to form K-Maps for project management, policies & procedures, sales kits, product plans, compliance reporting etc. Notebook users would specifically benefit from the K-Map ability to "grab" SharePoint Portal Server content and make it available offline -- for either viewing or editing.
