Portal Software, Inc. (Nasdaq: PRSF), a leading provider of business infrastructure software for next-generation communications services, will announce its financial results for its first quarter fiscal year 2002 on Thursday, May 17, 2001.
On May 17, 2001 the company will issue a press release after the market close, and a conference call will begin at 5:00 p.m. EDT.
