Nevada Gold & Casinos, Inc. (OTCBB:UWIN) announces the appointment of Christopher C. Domijan as Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Domijan's responsibilities include corporate finance and administration, banking and investor relations, and regulatory compliance for the Company and its subsidiaries.

Mr. Domijan brings over 20 years of experience in financial management including nine years as CFO for companies in the hospitality and financial services industries. Most recently, Mr. Domijan was CFO for Golf Services Group, Houston, TX, a diversified hospitality development and management company. He has participated in the development and management of golf and resort projects in excess of $100 million.

Mr. Domijan received a B.A. in Business and Economics from Rollins College, Winter Park, Florida and earned an M.B.A. in Finance from The Crummer School of Business.
