IBS Interactive, Inc. d/b/a Digital Fusion (Nasdaq:IBSXE), said today that the Company and its auditors are completing the work necessary to file the Company's Annual Report on Form 10-K on or prior to June 15, 2001 and its Form 10-Q for the quarter ended March 31, 2001 on or prior to June 29, 2001. The Company previously announced the delay in filing its Form 10-K on May 2, 2001 (http://digitalfusion.com/ir_prbody.asp?nid=116). Additionally, the Company's postponed annual shareholder meeting will be held in August.
