Frontier Insurance Group, Inc. and Physician's Reciprocal Insurance Announce Signing of MGA and Brokerage Agreements

Medical Professional Liability Agency, Ltd (Med Pro) a subsidiary of Frontier Insurance Group, Inc. (OTC BB:FTER), and Physician's Reciprocal Insurance (PRI), jointly announce that PRI has entered into agreements appointing Med Pro an MGA and a broker with respect to medical and dental malpractice insurance in the states of New York and Pennsylvania.

PRI, servicing New York doctors since 1982, is committed to offering the highest quality of insurance coverage and customer service to physicians and dentists. Anthony Bonomo, President of the Attorney-in-Fact for PRI, stated that "we are pleased to enter this relationship with Med Pro. Our combined experience will enable us to better serve the medical community going forward and we look forward to this new affiliation."

Med Pro has been a leader in medical malpractice insurance and risk management, serving physicians and dentists for more than 20 years, and is committed to providing quality service to its insureds. Med Pro President, Mark H. Mishler stated, "we are confident that our combined capabilities will enable us to better meet the needs of our insureds in an evolving marketplace through the enhancement of existing products and servicing techniques, and the development of new ones."

Med Pro and PRI will work together to continue to provide primary and excess insurance coverages, experienced risk management, claims and legal services to the physicians and dentists in the states of New York and Pennsylvania. Physicians and dentists currently insured by Frontier Insurance Company will be provided the opportunity to transition their insurance coverage to PRI upon renewal.
