Range of Advertising Options to Prospective Clients

Adtegrity.com (Pink Sheets:ADTY) announced today that it has established a marketing alliance with Alternate Marketing Networks, Inc. (Nasdaq:ALTM), a marketing services firm that provides advertising and logistics consultation to various industries.

Adtegrity.com is an online advertising network that serves banner and rich media advertisements to Websites that have been aggregated into categories based on site content. This aggregation allows Adtegrity.com to present targeted demographic-based groups to potential advertisers, while attaining the highest revenues for the website publishers. By employing dedicated sales personnel committed to creating and maintaining relationships with key advertisers and advertising agencies, Adtegrity.com is able to procure advertising campaigns that fit each new demographic as their network grows.

Although the overall advertising market has experienced a slowdown during the first quarter of 2001, Adtegrity.com remains optimistic. "We have nearly doubled our customer base and greatly improved gross margins since the beginning of the year" said Scott Brew, president and CEO of Adtegrity.com. "We have successfully decreased spending, while adding new customers and serving more advertisements. We believe that strategic partnerships and alliances with companies like Alternate Marketing Networks will enable us to continue to expand our service offerings and scale our customer base while keeping costs low."

The marketing alliance with Alternate Marketing Networks gives both companies the ability to present advertisers interested in online and offline campaigns with an integrated campaign that targets their message to a specific population segment in precise areas of the country. Adtegrity.com offers broad expertise in the online advertising arena, while Alternate Marketing Networks brings its strength with traditional offline clients to the table.

Alternate Marketing Networks, which also has its corporate office in Grand Rapids, said the alliance would allow it to offer clients expanded online advertising choices at competitive rates. Under the alliance, Alternate Marketing Networks will be able to offer its national clients an expansion of its performance-based online marketing programs on niche sites represented by Adtegrity.com, including women-oriented, entertainment, and business and finance sites that will augment its existing newspaper and sampling sites.

"The content categories Adtegrity.com reaches serve as a fine complement to our own network of newspaper clients, and we look forward to maximizing our collective strengths in targeted demographics, geographic zoning and performance-based advertising solutions," said Phillip Miller, chairman and chief executive officer of Alternate Marketing Networks. "Partnering with Adtegrity.com will allow us to give our clients more options for targeted online advertising in order to better meet their needs."

"This alliance with Alternate Marketing Networks should expand the horizons of both our companies," said Brew. "We look forward to sharing our online expertise with Alternate Marketing Networks, while they augment our internal knowledge base and subsequently our product offering with more traditional offline strategies."
