Insight Enterprises Inc. Names Additional Member to its Board of Directors

Insight Enterprises Inc. (Nasdaq: NSIT) ("Insight Enterprises" or the "company") Monday announced that Michael Fisher, president of Power Quality Engineering Inc., Phoenix, will join the company's board of directors and serve as chairman of its audit committee.
Insight Enterprises is a holding company with two operating units, Insight Direct Worldwide Inc. and Direct Alliance Corp.
Fisher has served in his current capacity of president, Power Quality Engineering since 1995. Before joining Power Quality Engineering, Fisher spent 10 years at Computer Associates International Inc. in various roles including executive vice president of the applications division and president of the data base division.
He also participated in its international operations, including those in Canada, South America and Japan. During his tenure, Computer Associates grew from $30 million to over $2 billion in revenues. Fisher spent the first nine years of his career at Arthur Andersen & Co., a certified public accounting firm.
