"Expanding the scope of Giga's research being offered in the Asia/Pacific region through GII re-affirms our commitment to increase our presence within the Japanese market," said Weiler. "And co-sponsoring this upcoming technology event with AsiaWeek marks our arrival as a leading source for e-business expertise in the Asia/Pacific region."
The keynote speeches will be delivered by Giga vice president and research leader Marc Cecere, who will discuss "Driving Business Change Through Technology;" Dorinda Elliot, editor-in-chief of AsiaWeek, who will speak on "Redefining New Business Models in Asia;" and Japanese business icon, Yasufumi Kanemaru, CEO of Future Systems, who will speak about "Redefining New Business Models in Japan." The panel discussion in the afternoon will examine case studies about new business models being used in Japan.
