IntelCore Announces Board of Directors; Bill Cadogan, Former President And CEO of ADC, highlights Board

Dr. Abdel Soufiane, founder, Chief Technical Officer, and Chairman of the Board of IntelCore Technologies, Inc., today introduced the full membership of the Company's Board of Directors. IntelCore is a provider of specialty optical fiber and fiber-based solutions for the Photonics Industry. Dr. Soufiane remarked on the wealth of experience and industry knowledge that the Board will bring to the Company: "IntelCore has a talented, experienced Board that is well connected to the fiber optics industry. With industry leaders such as Bill Cadogan providing insight, guidance and leadership, IntelCore will continue to grow and prosper."
Bill Cadogan is the former President and CEO of ADC, a leading global supplier of optical and copper-connectivity systems, broadband access and network equipment, software and integration services. Under his leadership, ADC grew from $263 million in revenue in 1990 to approximately $3.2 billion in 2000. Mr. Cadogan is currently a Partner at St. Paul Venture Capital, an investor in IntelCore's second round of financing.
In addition to Dr. Soufiane and Mr. Cadogan, IntelCore's Board of Directors includes Bill Beck, President and CEO of IntelCore; Dr. David Krohn, former General Manager of 3M's Specialty Optical Fiber division; Rick Ganong, Partner at Tudor Ventures Group; James Houghton, Partner at Megunticook Management; and Bryson Hollimon, Managing General Partner and founder of Technology Venture Partners.
