Customers License Solutions to Drive Operational
Excellence for Improved Bottom Line
Lawson Software today announced signing eight new contracts for Lawson Professional Services Automation (PSA) and Lawson Services Automation (SA). The new customers join more than 100 companies already licensing Lawson PSA and Lawson SA solutions.
Kaplan McLaughlin Diaz, a highly acclaimed architecture firm with projects in more than 25 states and in Asia, Latin America and Europe, licensed Lawson PSA and other enterprise solutions to replace an outmoded legacy system. The company noted Lawson's fully integrated solutions and strong vertical market focus as prime considerations in its selection.
"Lawson demonstrated to us that its integrated front and back office solution would provide us a real-time, Web-enabled and user-friendly management tool that was specifically developed to satisfy the business practices of an architecture/engineering enterprise," said Steve Beinfest, chief operating officer, Kaplan McLaughlin Diaz. "At the same time, we can easily tailor how our users view and use information, depending on their specific job responsibilities. We also chose Lawson because of the company's long-time and continuing commitment to providing state-of-the-art software solutions to the professional services industry. We know they will be there to support us when we need them."
First announced Oct. 9, 2001, Lawson PSA and Lawson SA were designed by professional services and internal services experts to integrate opportunity, project and resource management, time and expense, billing, chargeback, analytic and reporting processes. Both solution suites are fully Web-based and can be implemented quickly and easily for a rapid return on investment. As promised, Lawson delivered its PSA and SA solutions on schedule.
