Citrix Shareholder Class Action Lawsuit Dismissed

Citrix Systems, Inc. (Nasdaq:CTXS), a global leader in application serving and portal software and services, today announced that the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida has dismissed with prejudice the consolidated shareholder class action lawsuit filed last year against the company and certain of its officers.
"The court order to dismiss supports our long-standing position that the lawsuits were groundless and without merit," said John Cunningham, senior vice president of operations and chief financial officer for Citrix.
