ADC, (Nasdaq:ADCT) a leading global provider supplier of broadband equipment, software and services, has selected Allot, the premier provider of policy-based networking solutions, to manage its corporate Internet traffic by deploying Allot's NetEnforcer(TM) product. The NetEnforcer was chosen to monitor and enforce policies that improve application performance.

ADC's corporate network, with more than 120 remote sites, serves thousands of users and employs multiple applications, ranging from e-commerce, e-mail, and Internet browsing. Allot's NetEnforcer is used to monitor Internet usage, filter Peer-to-Peer traffic and regulate instant messaging applications that are not mission critical.

"Allot's technology ensures that we can provide predictable level of service to our users", said Kamalesh Dwivedi, ADC's Chief Information Officer. "ADC has selected Allot's NetEnforcer for its superior traffic monitoring capabilities, usage tracking and detailed reporting features. We are now able to account for each traffic session."

By deploying NetEnforcer, enterprises can monitor, categorize and optimize network traffic according to network-specific policies, thus delivering system-wide service level guarantees. Network managers can, for example, monitor Top Server and Clients for a specific class of traffic, track network usage by users and protocols and detect bottlenecks. By using the NetEnforcer's long-term monitoring, network administrators are able to view bandwidth usage patterns for up to 6 months.

"Allot Communications is proud to provide ADC advanced network center with the latest performance enhancing tools," said PG Narayanan, CEO of Allot Americas. "Our intelligent traffic management solutions enable ADC network users to enjoy better application response."
