Former Convergys & Cincinnati Bell Chairman Charles Mechem Joins Moeo Advisory Board; Veteran Telecom & Broadcasting Executive To Strengthen Moeo's Carrier Sales Effort

Moeo Inc, a leading developer of innovative wireless software products for carriers, media and entertainment companies, consumer products companies, and retailers has named Charles Mechem Jr., the former chairman of Convergys Corporation (NYSE: CVG) and Cincinnati Bell Corporation, to its advisory board. Mechem will assist Moeo's carrier sales efforts and provide strategic guidance to Moeo's leadership team.

Mechem is the former chairman of Convergys Corp (NYSE: CVG), the global leader in integrated billing and customer care services for telecommunications, Internet, cable and broadband services, technology, and financial services companies. He served as the company's chairman from 1999-2000. Prior to Convergys, he was chairman of Cincinnati Bell, where he guided Cincinnati Bell's successful spin off of its billing and customer care unit of Cincinnati Bell into Convergys Corporation.
Prior to Cincinnati Bell, Mechem served as commissioner of the Ladies Professional Golf Associate from 1991-1995. Mechem's senior leadership began at Taft Broadcasting and Great American Broadcasting where he was Chairman and CEO from 1967-1990.
