GLENDALE, Calif.--(ENTERTAINMENT WIRE)--Oct. 11, 2001

Exclusive Web-Only Presentation of Multi-Grammy Nominated Artist

Features Her First Completely Unaccompanied Performance Since 1994

Fans of Tori Amos can catch a rare inside look at a dress rehearsal performance in the acclaimed artist's "Strange Little Webcast." Accessible at www.warnerbros.com and AOL Keyword: Music, the webcast starts October 12 and will be available for the next ninety days. This special, Internet-only event features an unaccompanied Amos alone at the keyboards for the first time in seven years. Among the selections will be songs from Tori's current Atlantic Records album, "Strange Little Girls," including "Time" and "Enjoy The Silence."

Amos' "Strange Little Webcast" presents 45 minutes of music, performed exclusively for Warner Bros. Online's Live Concert Series, and delivering incredible atmosphere from multiple-camera coverage, as shot by preeminent music video director, Kevin Kerslake. The webcast, captured at tour production rehearsals in Florida, will be archived for ninety days at the Warner Bros. Online site, which also offers fans a listening party featuring Tori Amos' "Strange Little Girls."

Amos' "Strange Little Girls" was released by Atlantic Records on September 18th and debuted at #4 on the Billboard Top 200 chart. All the songs on the album were written by men, but are performed by Amos from the perspectives of a diverse cast of female characters. Songs composed by such artists as Neil Young, the Stranglers, Eminem, Depeche Mode, Slayer, Lou Reed, John Lennon/Paul McCartney, and others are taken apart and put back together darkly, gently, and in an uncompromising fashion.

Amos is in the midst of a major cross-country concert tour, which began in West Palm Beach on September 28th and concludes in San Diego, California on November 20th. The shows feature her alone at the keyboards -- marking her first completely unaccompanied performances since 1994.

Warner Bros. Online's Live Concert Series' most recent cutting-edge webcast launches include performances by Eric Clapton, Radiohead, Missy Elliott, Static X, Linkin Park, Lil' Mo, and Jack Johnson, all of which debuted over the past few months on the site. Other bands that have worked with Warner Bros. Online for the exclusive webcast of concerts, music videos or additional song footage include Dido, Neil Young, Green Day, Orgy, Barenaked Ladies and Deftones.
