Maaya Enhances its e-Support Solution With Verity's Advanced Search Technology; Maaya's CRM Customers To Benefit From Faster Search Results and Lower Costs

Maaya Corporation, a premier provider of enterprise e-support and enterprise relationship management applications, today announced an OEM agreement with Verity, a leading provider of infrastructure software that powers enterprise portals and e-business applications.
Maaya will integrate Verity's advanced search technology, into its flagship product, BizConnect.

With BizConnect, enterprises can organize information in a way that best utilizes knowledge within their company. They can automatically organize this information into intelligent categories for the delivery of targeted and personalized information to the right people at any given time. Users can navigate directly to the information they need through user-friendly interfaces.
