Citrix Selects Incentive Systems to Automate its Incentive Compensation Program

(NASDAQ: CTXS) will implement its INCENTIVE(R) EIM solution to automate and manage incentive compensation for Citrix's worldwide sales force. Citrix, a global leader in application serving and portal software and services, will leverage INCENTIVE's powerful Web reporting capabilities to enhance communication with its sales force and will utilize the EIM solution's advanced plan management features to manage changes to compensation plans.
