TTR Technologies, Inc. Announces Election of Thomas W. McIntyre to Its Board of Directors

TTR Technologies, Inc. (Nasdaq NM: TTRE; Berlin: TEJ), a leading developer of digital anti-piracy technologies, today announced the election of Thomas W. McIntyre to its Board of Directors, expanding the board to six members.
Marc Tokayer, chairman and chief executive officer, said Mr. McIntyre brings to TTR his 30 years of experience in the music industry. "Tom McIntyre is one of the most respected recording industry executives and strategists, and his insights into that industry have already begun to help us," he commented.
Mr. McIntyre, 53 years old, an independent consultant to the media and entertainment business segment, until earlier this year was Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of BMG Entertainment, a division of Bertelsmann A.G. and one of the world's largest music companies. A member of the four-person Executive Board, he helped set corporate strategy, was a leader in formulating the company's Internet marketing strategy, and led negotiations for several large acquisitions and divestitures. Previously, he spent 15 years at RCA Records, culminating in his appointment as Vice President, Finance. While Vice President, Strategic Planning, at RCA Records, he negotiated RCA's 50% interest in Arista Records.
Mr. McIntyre, a resident of Pine Brook, N.J., received a Master of Business Administration degree from Rutgers University, a Master of Science degree in computer science from the University of Pennsylvania, and a Bachelor of Engineering degree in electrical engineering from Villanova University.
