Agreement Gives MonsterLearning.com Users Access To More Than

250 MHLL Courses

McGraw-Hill Lifetime Learning (MHLL), a leading provider of high-quality e-learning solutions for the corporate training market, announced today that it has partnered with Monster.com, the leading global online careers site and flagship brand of TMP Worldwide Inc. (NASDAQ: TMPW), to make its extensive skills training library available on MonsterLearning (www.monsterlearning.com). Under the terms of the agreement, more than 250 MHLL courses will be offered to Monster's 19 million job seeker members and corporate learning seekers looking to gain new skills or knowledge as it relates to career development and advancement. The Web-based courses will cover an extensive range of the MHLL course catalog, including topics such as business skills, executive development, IT and personal effectiveness.

By accessing the search capabilities on the MonsterLearning search engine, individuals will be able to explore and connect with the MHLL course library to identify those courses that will help enhance their professional growth. Available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, this one-stop search engine introduces greater flexibility and convenience into the learning process.
