WHAT: Wells Fargo & Co. (NYSE:WFC), the nation's first and leading
Internet bank based in San Francisco, Operation HOPE, a Los
Angeles non-profit dedicated to the revitalization of underserved
communities, and SmartForce, the world's largest e-learning
company based in Redwood City are combining the power of the
Internet with the power of financial literacy volunteers to launch
Banking On Our Future.
Banking On Our Future is the nation's first online/offline
financial literacy educational program that teaches children money
management skills not included in school curriculums. The national
launch is taking place at a special event in the Bay Area.
