Toshiba Corporation today announced that it has entered into a global alliance with Siemens Business Services (SBS), Inc., that will bring enhanced services and greater satisfaction to the users of its computer products around the world.
Under the new agreement, SBS, one of the world's leading providers of IT consulting and outsourcing services, will enable Toshiba to provide its notebook, desktop and server customers with consistent on-site services and support on a worldwide basis.
