IntraLearn Software Corporation, a leading supplier of configurable e-Learning applications for the mid-sized enterprise, has formed a partnership with SkillSoft, a leading provider of critical business skills courseware for e-Learning solutions. Under the agreement, IntraLearn and SkillSoft will work together to ensure integration of SkillSoft's content with IntraLearn's Learning Management System (LMS). IntraLearn will refer customers to the SkillSoft sales team to implement the SkillSoft solution as part of IntraLearn's e-Learning platform.

As a result of this integration partnership, IntraLearn can track specific SkillSoft courses taken by a particular user, the user's performance, and the courses actually completed. With this data, human resources and business management can evaluate employees' progress and pinpoint future training needs. SkillSoft's 725-plus course library encompasses a wide range of business skills, such as management, leadership, communication, project management and customer service, as well as business subjects such as e-business, finance, marketing, sales and strategy.
