Wheelhouse Profiled in IDC Report on CRM Services Leaders and Innovators

In a newly published competitive analysis of CRM services providers, market analyst firm IDC cited Wheelhouse Corporation as an example of leadership and innovation in the worldwide CRM services market.
IDC reports that CRM services is a high-growth market opportunity worldwide that is expected to total over $148 billion by 2005, with a compound annual growth rate of 25.2%. The lion's share of the market will be in the United States, says the report.
"The overall value proposition of attracting, retaining, servicing and expanding relationships with customers to generate business benefits and improve the customer experience has helped buoy CRM through tough market times," the report states.
