Artemis Announces New Appointments to Leadership Team; Alignment and Integration of Key Areas of Responsibility Strengthen Leadership of Combined Companies

Artemis International Solutions Corporation (OTCBB: OPUS), the most experienced and successful project and resource collaboration software company in the world, announced today nine management appointments.

The changes made to the company's management team will enable the historical Artemis Management Systems and Opus360 Corporation organizations to assimilate more rapidly -- allowing the resulting entity to better focus its product development efforts, and to leverage emerging business opportunities around the globe.

The Artemis management team has now been expanded and modified as follows:

-- Ari Horowitz, Vice Chairman, Executive Vice President, Corporate
Development: Formerly founder, chairman and CEO of Opus360, Horowitz is now
tasked with seeking out potential partners, acquisition targets and investors
for the company.

-- Peter Schwartz, Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer: Formerly
executive vice president and CFO of Opus360, Schwartz now oversees finance and
human resources.

-- Jeanne Murphy, Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary:
Formerly executive vice president, general counsel and secretary for Opus360,
Murphy is now responsible for all legal matters for Artemis International.

-- John E. Baldwin, Executive Vice President, Product Operations: Formerly vice
president of product development for Artemis, Baldwin now oversees Artemis'
product management, product development, internal and external support,
services development and worldwide training departments.

-- Paul A. Cooley, Executive Vice President, North American Sales, Marketing
and Consulting: Formerly vice president of North American sales and consulting
for Artemis, Cooley is now responsible for the combined sales, marketing and
consulting teams.

-- Robert McCowan, Senior Vice President, Worldwide Support: Formerly vice
president of support for Artemis, McCowan now manages support, development,
client service and hosting, as well as MIS.

-- Patrick S. Moore, Vice President of Sales, Western U.S. and Western Canadian
Region: Formerly senior vice president of sales for Opus360, Moore is now
responsible for sales in the Western U.S. and Western Canada for the combined
organization.

-- Patty Jorgensen, Vice President, Human Resources: Formerly director of human
resources for Artemis, Jorgensen now oversees the combined HR functions for
Artemis.

The historical Artemis organization combined on July 31, 2001, with Opus360, a New York-based company that provided eBusiness software enabling companies to strategically acquire skilled professionals.
