Silicon Wave and Mindtree Consulting Sign License Agreement to Collaborate On Bluetooth Solutions

Silicon Wave Inc., a leading designer and provider of RF communication system components, and MindTree Consulting announced today a license agreement for the integration of their software and hardware Bluetooth(TM) solutions that will enable the support of Bluetooth wireless connectivity in a wide range of consumer devices and PC peripherals including cell phones, printers, access points, digital imaging devices and set top boxes.
"EtherMind," MindTree's Bluetooth software solutions, are qualified by the Bluetooth Qualification Body (BQB) for Bluetooth Specification Version 1.1 compliance. The EtherMind portfolio is comprised of the core software protocol stacks and profiles available as both embedded and host solutions.
