Siemens and Health Patterns Jointly Announces Agreement for Data Synchronization Software

Siemens Medical Solutions Health Services Corporation (NYSE: SI), the worldwide leading provider of information solutions for the health industry, announced today an agreement with Health Patterns, L.L.C.
Under the terms of the agreement Siemens will incorporate Health Patterns' state-of-the-art Master Files Manager(TM), into new products.
Master Files Manager provides a single point of control over master file updates, eliminating the need for redundant manual entry of master file data in each application. In announcing the agreement, Janet Dillione, vice president, Financial Systems, Siemens Health Services, touted the increased efficiency the solution will offer Siemens healthcare customers, "Master File Manager will support the mission-critical need to integrate data and applications across the healthcare enterprise. Siemens is moving forward with our plan to embed Master Files Manager as we bring new products to market."
Health Patterns President Wayne Tracy describes the Master Files Manager software as a "unique integration tool for synchronizing underlying master file content across a network of healthcare applications. We believe that it will help healthcare organizations to improve data quality and efficiency of operations."
