Visionael and RiverSoft Join Forces to Power Service Provisioning

Visionael Corporation(R), a leading provider of service creation and inventory-based network resource management (NRM) software solutions, today announced the integration of its new ServiceBase(TM) service creation engine with RiverSoft(R) (LSE: RSFT.L) Fault Manager and NMOS(TM) (Network Management Operating System). Together the products will redefine the economics of creating, managing and delivering premium Internet Protocol (IP) services for service providers.

Visionael and RiverSoft, a provider of advanced network management solutions, will leverage their existing relationship to enhance the value of their products in the Operations Support Systems (OSSs) of their service provider customers. Visionael's core 6.X inventory management solution along with its ServiceBase service creation engine will integrate out of the box with RiverSoft Fault Manager and NMOS software with the use of an integration cartridge.

ServiceBase can use RiverSoft Fault Manager and NMOS to monitor and track changing network elements in real-time, as well as to reconcile the differences -- resulting in an extremely accurate real-time provisioning inventory. The correlation of this information eliminates most provisioning errors for ServiceBase customers, greatly improving internal productivity and overall customer satisfaction.
