High School Senior Wins a Harley From PA Lottery on His 18th Birthday

MIDDLETOWN, Pa.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 10, 2002

Christopher M. Ritz, 18, of Hazleton, Luzerne County, won a Harley-Davidson(R) Sportster(R) 1200 Custom(TM) motorcycle, in the Lottery's $2 HARLEY-DAVIDSON(R) USA instant ticket game.

He will receive his motorcycle during a formal presentation to be held Thursday, April 11, 2002, at 4 p.m., at Blocker Enterprises, Inc., located on Route 248, Parryville, Carbon County. Owner Dennis Blocker will host the event. The Lottery's Area II Manager Tom Blaskiewicz will present Christopher his Lottery prize.

Christopher's mom bought him some Lottery tickets for his 18th birthday. He says, "My mom gave me a birthday card with a few instant Lottery tickets. The very first ticket I scratched was the Harley-Davidson game and it was the winner." Christopher continues, "I was so surprised ... to think the first time I played the Lottery I won a fantastic prize."

Christopher is a senior at Hazleton Area High School. He enjoys working on cars as a past time.
