KaZaA.com Software Downloaded More Than Three Million Times in a Week; KaZaA Media Desktop v1.6 Downloads More Than 3 Times Its Next Competitor

Sharman Networks Limited today announces its weekly software download figure for KaZaA Media Desktop (KMD) v1.6 software from the KaZaA.com site, continuing its leadership position in the P2P market. In the period April 6th to April 13th, consumers completed 3,165,164 downloads from the site.
The new KaZaA.com website showed an increase in average daily traffic this week from over 3 million visitors to more than 7 million.
