NetWorld+Interop 2002 Las Vegas

NASHUA, N.H.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 24, 2001

Storage Computer Corporation (AMEX: SOS) (www.storage.com), a leading worldwide provider of high performance storage, is demonstrating its "Cyber" line of products Networld + Interop tradeshow and conference next week May 5-10 in Las Vegas, Nevada at the Las Vegas Convention Center; booth #753.

Storage Computer will be demonstrating its advanced networked storage solutions with an emphasis on convergence of next generation networked attached storage (NAS) and storage area networks (SAN). The showcased product will include the CyberBorg and CyberNAS units functioning across wide area networks. Both systems will be performing in business continuity configurations including remote replication and mirroring designed to maximize data safety and rapid enterprise disaster recovery on a global basis.

According to Boston's Yankee Group senior analyst Jamie Gruener, "through the convergence of SAN and NAS, end users get the ease-of-use associated with NAS architectures along with the power and performance associated with a SAN".

Additionally, the CyberNAS Network Attached Storage system will be displaying wire speed connectivity and remote replication over a Sonet optical network. With a variety of connectivity options including Ethernet, Gigabit Ethernet, FC, SCSI and direct optical connectivity, the CyberNAS advanced storage solution has the data protection and data sharing characteristics of a SAN with the management simplicity and stability of a NAS environment.
