alternatives with Nokia OK endorsement
Trexta announced today a new licensing agreement with Nokia for the manufacture and distribution of carrying solutions for Nokia phones in the Americas.
The license announcement marks the first of its type with Nokia OK certification in the Americas. Trexta's unique line of designs, packaged with the Nokia OK logo, is expected to be available for shipping to retail locations by July 2002. Trexta plans to introduce more than 50 exciting new carry case solutions sporting the Nokia OK mark for sale through approved distributors.
In the wireless marketplace, mobile phone carry case accessories have traditionally offered classic designs made of black leather. As the leading carrying case and plastic accessories provider for the wireless electronics industry globally, Trexta brings style to the Americas by incorporating European design trends into its striking new line of Nokia OK Accessories(R).
The new cases reflect Nokia's standards for product functionality, durability and quality, while offering imaginative new options for trend-setters, business users, fashion conscious individuals and users with sporty and active lifestyles. The hand-crafted designs include carrying options for ID and credit card, lipstick storage, innovative belt attachments, sports mounts, scented cases, clip or hanging options and more. Natural and fashion-color leathers, neoprene, micro fiber, denim and flexible plastics are some of the materials used in the manufacture of the cases.
The Nokia OK designation makes it easier for consumers to identify third party products that have been accepted for use with the specific Nokia phone models identified.
