Tegal Corporation (Nasdaq:TGAL) said that on Tuesday, May 7, 2002, the company will release results for its fiscal 2002 fourth quarter and year ended March 31, 2002. The company also said that it will host an investor conference that same day at 2 p.m. Pacific time to review the company's financials and operations.
The call will be open to all interested investors through a live audio Web broadcast via the Internet at www.tegal.com and www.companyboardroom.com.
