Chartwell Investment Partners Announces Management Changes

BERWYN, Pa.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 26, 2002
Chartwell Investment Partners announced today that Timothy J. Riddle has been named CEO and Michael J. McCloskey has been named President.
Winthrop S. Jessup will chair the firm's Management Committee, which will also include Mr. Riddle and Mr. McCloskey, as well as two other Managing Partners. Mr. Riddle will continue to oversee the firm's day-to-day operations, while Mr. McCloskey will continue to direct the firm's Marketing and Client Service groups.
Chartwell Investment Partners is an employee-owned investment firm founded in April, 1997. Chartwell currently manages $5.75 billion in assets for institutional and sub-advisory clients.
