WHO:     Disney Auctions will give video gamers everywhere a chance to
         own KINGDOM HEARTS -- the new PlayStation(R) 2 video game by
         Square and Disney Interactive -- before it is available in
         retail outlets.

WHAT:    Auction Offerings Include:

         --  25 advance copies of KINGDOM HEARTS made available to the
             winners approximately one week before game hits retail.

         --  Five pairs of tickets to the August 28, 2002, KINGDOM
             HEARTS pre-launch party in Los Angeles.

         --  A full-color art print based on an original game
             illustration. The print is autographed by the artist,
             Tetsuya Nomura, director and character designer, KINGDOM
             HEARTS.

WHEN:    These items will be up for auction from August 8-15 at
         www.disneyauctions.com.
