Unisys Corporation (NYSE:UIS) announced that Chairman and CEO Lawrence A. Weinbach and Chief Financial Officer Janet Brutschea Haugen today signed and filed sworn statements with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) affirming the SEC filings made by the company in 2002. The company also filed today its Form 10-Q for the period ended June 30, 2002.
